Our Organizational Model
SC2 is structured to ensure aligned leadership across sectors:
Steering Committee
Co-led by Chicago CRED, MPI, PSPC, and the Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago, with key representation from public agencies and investors, and community partners.
Implementation Team
Manages cross-site strategy, partner coordination, public-sector collaboration, and risk mitigation.
External Partnerships Team (EPT)
Responsible for funder engagement, communications, and strategic alignment.
Evaluation Partners
Providing real-time impact and process evaluation.
